We have fleece from the last clip, we have yarn, professionally milled from same*. We have two new lambs and now 3 new kids (ALL girls!). We have goat meat and lamb in the freezer. The herd is expanding and all of them seem content. I love doing chores Every. Single. Day!
*I am happily hand-painting yarn up in the shed. With a wood stove and rain water (sometimes melted snow), a beer while the dye sets…. life is good, now, even in the winter.
